Description
Time is a finite resource which cannot be ‘managed’ by anyone. It is the same for all of us – sixty seconds in one minute; sixty minutes in one hour and 24 hours in one day! This will never change.
What can and needs to change, however, is how we manage both our energy and our use of time. While time is a finite resource, our energy is not.
To effectively manage our use of time, we must first manage our mindset and learn to delegate effectively to share the load.
This in-person training will help you develop and apply your own unique strategies and practices to consciously manage your use of time. Be it reducing / eliminating lost time; overcoming procrastination, getting more done in your day, learning the art of delegation and applying the priority matrix etc.
Learn these practical skills to ensure you pull back more time in your working day.
