Description
This 3 hour online programme outlines the key principles of risk management and linkages of risk assessments that can support the team in meeting safeguarding thematic inspections. As risk and proportionality is a key area of safeguarding requests regarding how to write risk overview, calculation of risk, application of risk assessments are explored. The course will identify and place particular focus risk assessments and risk under safeguarding thematic inspection, with core area in proportionality, risk, empowerment focused upon the identified needs, concerns, wishes of residents.
