Description
This 3 hour online programme outlines safeguarding / resident rights care planning - the key principles of this care planning process and linkages of assessments regarding consent, finances, self-administration, positive risk taking, choice, FREDA and care planning interventions and evaluations. The course will identify and particular focus on care plan required under safeguarding thematic inspection, with core area in proportionality, risk, empowerment focused upon the identified needs, concerns, wishes of residents. In addition, clear guides the staff of best practice principles in creating a person centred care plan linked to safeguarding and FREDA are explored.
