Description
MASTER YOUR COMMUNICATION SKILLS When good communication is practiced, it improves client care, staff morale and working relationships. It also decreases workplace conflict caused by gaps in communication, inactive listening or cultural differences.
This online training will help you develop your interpersonal and communication skills at all levels in the organisation. It focuses on your key competencies for face-to-face and written communications to ensure you can understand what is being communicated to you; how to respond and how to communicate clearly and with purpose. Learn these practical skills to ensure more effective and impactful communications.
Methodology
• Three hours online training via Zoom.
• Facility for individual exercises, group discussion and role play as appropriate.
• Training materials made available post training.
• Short break incorporated.
