Description
This course will equip the participants with the necessary theory and skills for the provision of CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillation) use in emergency situations, in line with the latest guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association. The care of the Adult / Child / and Infant will be included.
This blended learning course includes an online portion, which must be completed prior to attending the hands-on skills session in the INMO. The online portion is a necessary step and details on how to access same will be sent out once a booking is made. Upon completion of both sections of the course the certificate can be accessed through the online portal.
Please note: Students must be physically fit enough to carry out chest compression on a manikin while kneeling. It is a requirement that students demonstrate effective CPR techniques during the class.
