This short online programme is designed to help nurses and midwives develop their skills to be more assertive to help them make decisions with conviction; to deal with difficult situations and people and to influence others positively.
Learning outcomes:
- Learn how to distinguish between assertive, passive and aggressive behaviours
- Learn how to assertively handle difficult situations
- Learn how to change your thinking and ultimately your behaviours and how to respond assertively to the associated behaviours in others
