The increased prevalence of diabetes presents significant challenges for healthcare planners and providers in terms of resource allocation and appropriately skilled staff. This course aims to prepare nurses/midwives with the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills required to facilitate diabetes care consistent with best practice recommendations and meet care participant expectations.
