This programme provides safe practice tools to protect the nurse and midwife and patient within current health care settings.  This is an awareness session to ensure all staff have an understanding of the process involved regarding patient alerts, clinical incidents and thorough assessment, while remaining focused on patient and individual staff. The programme addresses patient safety and staff safety and provides five key tools on areas of documentation, clinical incident reporting, safety statements, best practice guidelines regarding assessment and communication practices in a complex multifaceted healthcare arena. This programme is FREE to INMO members and €150 for non-members. Places must be booked on-line in advance of your attendance.
