This programme is aimed at nurses and midwives who work in management. It outlines how to use coaching to support staff development and attainment of organisational goals. Coaching helps the individual (coachee) manage their responsibilities, develop new skills and improve their well-being. It is a form of personalised support which can assist in dealing with any issues which are impacting on performance. The coach’s role is to understand and believe in the potential of the coachee and guide them towards greater self-awareness, with a view to enabling the individual to achieve their professional and personal goals
