Description

This study day provides participants with an overview of the main issues associated with medication errors and near misses and explores evidence-based approaches to promote and implement safe medication practice. It helps participants understand the 'risk management' approach to safe medication management practice in an organisation.  It is underpinned by legislation and by An Bord Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann Guidelines.
