Description

This Healthcare Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillation (AED) programme provides the theory, rationale and practical skills reflecting the latest American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines for
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care. Adult, child and infant CPR and AED will be covered. The course will use video, practice and discussion as well as a practical and written assessment. Nurses and midwives
are required to adhere to a two-year certification period for basic and advanced life support. Successful completion of this programme will assist participants in meeting this requirement.
